The Boundary Racing Pumps Billet Oil Pump with Gear Vane Ported and Billet Back Plate; MartenWear Treated is engineered for high-performance engines operating at elevated RPMs. It enhances lubrication efficiency and durability, providing optimal engine protection under demanding conditions. This pump is ideal for enthusiasts upgrading or maintaining race-ready or heavily modified Ford 5.0L engines.
CONSTRUCTION AND APPEARANCE. Built on an OEM Ford housing, this pump features patented vane-ported gear technology combined with dual heat treatments to improve strength and wear resistance. The assembly includes a mirror-finished gear set, billet steel anti-cavitation cover, and stainless steel Torx fasteners. Its precision-machined, high-quality billet steel finish is complemented by advanced surface treatments for enhanced longevity.
INSTALLATION. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and involves a direct-fit replacement without drilling or permanent modifications to the engine block. It allows straightforward swapping with OEM components for servicing or upgrades.
APPLICATION. This pump is specifically designed to fit 2018 to 2020 Ford 5.0L F-150 models and is compatible with all engine variants within this range.
