The Boundary Racing Pumps Billet Crankshaft Timing Sprocket with Grip Surface is designed to improve the durability of the crankshaft snout and keyway by reducing the movement of the harmonic balancer. This sprocket is essential for maintaining accurate timing and enhancing engine reliability under demanding conditions.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from US-sourced Chromoly steel, which is ten times stronger than OEM powdered metal, these sprockets undergo hot quenching with a low temper to maximize strength and wear resistance. Precision CNC machining and broaching ensure a precise fit, complemented by a high-quality finish that reduces friction and vibration while boosting durability.

      Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical knowledge and does not involve any drilling or modifications. Designed for a snug and accurate fit, it replaces the OEM sprocket without complications.

      Application. Fits 2015 to 2026 5.0L F-150 models, enhancing the stock crankshaft timing system with improved strength and grip surface features.
