Installation. Installing Boom Mat XL Vibration Dampening Material is very straightforward. All you need to do is trim it to the size you need, peel off the back tape and stick it to the desired surface. It can be installed on plastic, metal or fiberglass. Simple tools such as a roller and scissors will do the trick. Since it’s flexible, it can be applied practically anywhere.
