This shock’s digressive valving system, efficient design, and high-quality construction deliver stable multi-terrain rides.
Enhanced Damping. Bilstein designed this B8 5160 Series Front Shock assembly with a velocity-sensitive digressive valve system tuned for each specific application. The remote reservoir provides increased cooling capacity and wheel travel to optimize overall performance. These characteristics guarantee a comfortable ride and consistent control both on highways and rugged terrains.
Heavy-Duty Construction. Built for long-lasting rugged use, this Front Shock Absorber features heavy-duty components. It comes in a monotube design for consistent fade-free performance. Additionally, the shock body is reinforced with a premium zinc finish and Bilstein’s multi-layer coating for extreme protection. Moreover, the special swivel banjo fittings allow for 360 degrees of rotation.
Bolt-On Installation. This B8 5160 Front Shock is designed to mount on your vehicle’s factory mounting locations. The installation completes with moderate mechanical skills required.
