Description
Customizable Lift and Damping in One Assembly. This Bilstein coil‐over shock allows you to dial in front ride height between 0.70″ and 2.70″ above stock without altering damper performance. The monotube design with an internal floating piston maintains consistent damping under load and heat, providing excellent control over rough terrain, while the preload collar lets you fine-tune spring tension for your specific cargo or tow setup.
Rugged Construction for Off-Road Use. The anodized aluminum shock body and stainless-steel piston rod resist corrosion and wear, while the integrated coil perch eliminates the need for external spring spacers. Bilstein’s proprietary valving ensures a balanced, comfortable ride on pavement and precise rebound control off-road.
Installation. Raise the vehicle, remove the factory shock and spring, install the coil-over assembly in the original mounts, adjust preload and ride height per instructions, then lower and torque all fasteners to OEM specifications.
Application. The Bilstein B8 8112 ZoneControl Front Coil-Over fits 2015–2025 4WD Ford F-150 trucks, excluding the Raptor variant.
