      Description

      Compact High-Performance Fuel Sump. The Beans Diesel Performance Micro Sump is a precision-machined fuel sump designed to improve fuel delivery by drawing fuel directly from the bottom of the tank. It effectively addresses common fuel starvation issues and provides a reliable upgrade for aftermarket fuel systems.

      Construction and Appearance. Machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, this sump offers excellent strength and durability. It features a perfect-seal O-ring design for leak-free operation and includes a stainless steel bolt, sealing washer, Viton O-ring, and a quick disconnect fitting. The natural aluminum billet finish conveys rugged quality.

      Installation. Installation is simple and quick, requiring only one bolt and a single 1.5" hole drilled in the fuel tank, with no need to drop the tank. This streamlined process takes approximately five minutes and reduces potential leak points.

      Application. This product fits most fuel tanks made of plastic or metal for gas or diesel vehicles, requiring a flat 3-inch area for mounting. Some adaptation may be necessary depending on the tank design.
