It shields vulnerable steering, front-end, and drivetrain components from damage caused by rocks, stumps, and trail debris. Designed as a bolt-on replacement for the stock skid plate and plastic splash guard, it ensures reliable durability without complex modifications.
Construction And Appearance. Crafted from robust 10 gauge steel, this skid plate offers exceptional strength and resilience. The design employs a two-piece full-width construction that mounts directly to original factory points using existing hardware, providing a seamless and secure fit while maintaining a clean, rugged look.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling or complicated fabrication. The kit installs easily within one hour using factory mounting points for a solid bolt-on application suitable for stock height and compatible lift systems.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2011 through 2019 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models. Not compatible with BDS 4.5" or 6.5" lift systems but fully compatible with stock vehicles.
