The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with NX2 Nitro Shocks is engineered to elevate and improve the performance of 2019-2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD gas trucks. It enhances ground clearance, stance, and offroad capability while maintaining on-road handling characteristics. This kit supports tire sizes up to 33 inches and offers rugged durability for demanding users.

Construction and Appearance. This lift kit comprises heavy-duty components including 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers and ductile iron steering knuckles that are CNC-machined for precise fit and strength. The shocks feature powder coat and anodized finishes for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance. Durable steel strut spacers and aluminum shock bodies provide long-lasting performance in harsh environments.

Installation. Installation is complex and requires specialized tools, such as welding equipment, a 36mm socket, cut-off wheel, ball joint separator, and reciprocating saw. Frame bracket modifications and precise component alignment are necessary, making this kit best suited for experienced professionals or well-equipped enthusiasts.

Application and Fitment. Designed to fit 2019 through 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD gas trucks. This kit will not fit models equipped with ARC. Certain models, such as 2.7L Turbo, require a diesel kit for proper skid plate fitment. Mono-leaf rear spring trucks need a specific part number for U-bolts. Factory 17 and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference; stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled. Test fitting of aftermarket wheels is recommended to ensure brake caliper clearance.
