Advanced Suspension Lift Kit. The BDS 4-Inch Front and 3-Inch Rear Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coilover Shocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP Gas Rear Shocks enhances the off-road capability and stance of your Ram 1500. The kit improves ride quality by absorbing harsh terrain while maintaining smooth on-road handling, providing improved suspension performance and clearance for larger tires.

Construction and Appearance. This lift kit includes heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut steel high-arch crossmembers, differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates for added protection and durability. The FOX 2.5-inch diameter coilover shocks feature anodized aluminum reservoirs for enhanced cooling and durability. Steering knuckles are CNC-machined from ductile iron to ensure strength and precise fitment, and the kit includes replacement tie rod ends to restore steering geometry.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and involves cutting with a reciprocating saw. The process typically takes 8 to 10 hours, with detailed installation instructions provided for guidance.

Application. This suspension lift kit fits 2019 to 2024 4WD Ram 1500 models equipped with standard OE knuckles, excluding TRX and diesel-equipped versions. It is not compatible with adjustable air ride suspensions, 2019-2022 Ram 1500 Classic models, or vehicles with the Thermal Axle option.
