Premium Suspension Lift Kit. The BDS 6-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite front coilovers and FOX 2.0 Performance-Series rear shocks elevates your RAM 1500’s off-road capability and appearance. Designed to provide enhanced ground clearance and suspension travel, this kit improves handling on rough terrain while maintaining smooth ride comfort on-road.

Construction and Appearance. This kit features precision laser-cut 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, and robust differential relocation brackets for durability and strength. FOX Performance Elite front coilover shocks include anodized aluminum remote reservoirs for improved cooling and adjustable compression tuning. The finish combines high-quality powder coating and anodizing to resist corrosion and wear.

Installation. Installation is moderately challenging and estimated to take approximately 12 hours. Specialty tools such as a reciprocating saw are required for proper fitment, and partial component disassembly is necessary to ensure correct suspension geometry and clearance.

Warranty. This suspension kit includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty for added peace of mind.

Application. Designed for 2019–2024 4WD RAM 1500 models in supported trims, excluding adjustable air ride suspension, diesel engine models, 2019–2022 RAM 1500 Classic, and Thermal Axle option vehicles. Offroad/Rebel models achieve approximately a 5-inch lift rather than the full 6 inches. Factory 22-inch wheel trucks require the Large Bore knuckle version due to larger wheel bearing assemblies, which is available as an option. This kit fits trucks equipped with either standard or large bore OE steering knuckles.
