The BDS 4-Inch Suspension Lift Kit with Rear Lift Blocks and FOX 2.0 Performance Shocks is engineered to enhance the ground clearance, stance, and offroad performance of 2006 to 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD trucks. This comprehensive kit is designed to provide better tire clearance for larger tires while maintaining on-road driving comfort and steering precision for demanding environments.

Construction and Appearance. Featuring heavy-duty 1/4-inch laser-cut steel crossmembers and durable cast steel lift blocks, the lift kit is built for strength and longevity. The kit includes CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and FOX 2.0 performance monotube shocks with anodized aluminum bodies and hard chrome plated shafts for lasting function and visual appeal. Components are finished with powder coatings or clear anodizing for corrosion resistance and rugged style.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill with an estimated 10-hour completion time. Specialty tools such as a reciprocating saw and strut compressor are necessary due to the comprehensive nature of the lift and suspension components. The kit installs using precision-fit brackets and hardware for a secure fit.

Warranty. This kit includes a Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty to ensure long-term reliability and customer confidence.

Application. Designed specifically for the 2006 to 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD models, excluding Mega Cab configurations. It is not compatible with AWD models and requires removal of the OE lower skid plate on TRX models. Stock 17-inch wheels cannot be reused; 20-inch stock wheels are compatible only with stock tires.
