The BDS Tubular Front Upper Control Arms for 0 to 4-Inch Lift are designed to replace stock units on lifted or leveled trucks, enhancing wheel travel and suspension geometry. These control arms maintain the ride height sensor in its factory location, ensuring proper vehicle system function while improving off-road and on-road performance.
Construction and Appearance. Built from high-strength 1.5-inch outer diameter steel tubing with a 0.120-inch wall thickness, these control arms incorporate durable durometer-specific rubber bushings and greaseable ball joints with protective caps to prevent debris intrusion. The robust construction delivers longevity and resilience under harsh driving conditions, with a corrosion-resistant finish for a clean, professional look.
Installation. Installation typically requires 2 to 3 hours and is designed to be straightforward for qualified technicians. It is a direct bolt-on replacement with no drilling or major modifications required, integrating seamlessly with existing suspension setups.
Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2021 to 2026 4WD Ford F-150 models equipped with UCA-mounted ride height sensors. This product is not compatible with Tremor models. Raptor models are not specifically excluded but are generally outside typical fitment. This arm is designed to work without relocating the sensor and does not support vehicles with the CCD system.
