      Description

      Premium Lift Blocks. The BDS 5-Inch Steel Rear Lift Blocks provide a durable solution to raise the rear suspension height on leaf spring equipped trucks. They allow for increased ground clearance and improved stance while maintaining suspension travel with the included bump stop wing. These lift blocks are essential for enhancing rear suspension performance and supporting larger tires.

      Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from cast steel in the USA, these blocks are CNC-machined to ensure accurate pin placement. They feature a black powder coated finish that offers corrosion resistance and a clean, lasting appearance under the vehicle.

      Installation. The installation process is straightforward, typically requiring 1–2 hours. The blocks use a dual-pin design to securely mount within the rear leaf spring setup.

      Application. Specifically designed for 2004 to 2008 model year 4WD Ford F-150 trucks, these lift blocks fit all trims and fuel types within that range.
