Performance Upgrade. The BDS Tubular Front Upper Control Arms improve wheel travel by replacing the original equipment upper control arms with stronger, more durable components. Designed specifically for leveled and lifted Ford F-150s, these control arms enhance suspension performance and provide a smooth ride under demanding driving conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Made from high-strength 1.5-inch diameter steel tubing with a 0.120-inch wall thickness, these control arms deliver superior durability compared to stock components. They include factory-style rubber bushings for quiet, maintenance-free use, along with greaseable ball joints protected by caps to keep out contaminants and maintain performance.

Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill and generally takes 2 to 3 hours. The control arms mount to the factory locations, though some applications may require additional steps; verify fitment before installation.

Application. Specifically engineered to fit 2021-2026 Ford F-150 models equipped with the headlight sensor and without the CCD system, not compatible with Raptor models.
