      Construction and Appearance. The transmission features a BD Aluminum HD deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts, improving cooling and lubrication. It incorporates high energy friction materials, revised oil circuits, and upgraded valve components for improved performance and durability. The components are precision-engineered and thoroughly dyno tested for quality assurance.

      Installation. Installation requires approximately nine hours and does not require modifications such as drilling. It is recommended to install the BD torque converter at the same time to maintain warranty coverage.

      Warranty. This transmission includes a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty, excluding coverage for race abuse.
