Description
Enhanced Exhaust Performance. The BD Power Exhaust Manifold Kit; Passenger Side is designed to improve exhaust gas flow efficiency for the 6.6L Duramax engine. It reduces flow restrictions to help improve turbocharger response, supporting better performance and durability under normal operating conditions.
Construction and Appearance. This manifold kit is constructed from high-silicon ductile iron featuring 65% thicker walls to resist warping and cracking over time. It is coated with high temperature paint to provide superior corrosion protection and maintain long-lasting durability.
Installation. Installation of this exhaust manifold kit generally requires about 5 hours and is designed as a direct replacement with included gaskets and fasteners to facilitate a straightforward upgrade process.
Warranty. The product comes with a 36-month or 75,000-mile parts warranty.
Application. This kit fits the passenger side on 2001-2016 6.6L Duramax Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD & 3500HD models and replaces the OEM right-side manifold part number 12624683. It is not for sale on licensed California vehicles.
