      Construction and Appearance. This transmission features a heavy-duty aluminum deep pan that increases fluid capacity and enhances cooling. It is built with increased clutch counts, high-energy friction materials, and a BD Allison Pressure Box supplying up to 275 PSI line pressure, ensuring superior heat dissipation and strength. The torque converter benefits from a stamp forged one-piece cover, treated turbine fins, and a self-centering trapezoid teeth design that reduces wear and vibration. All components are engineered with durable materials and finished for longevity and performance.

      Installation. Installation of this transmission package typically requires about 9 hours and does not require drilling, making the process straightforward for experienced technicians familiar with diesel drivetrain systems.

      Warranty. This product includes a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty to provide lasting peace of mind.
