It is designed for reliable power handling during rapid throttle responses and heavy towing or street use, providing increased clutch capacity and optimized torque converter efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. The package features an aluminum heavy-duty deep transmission pan with increased oil capacity and a BD Allison pressure box for enhanced line pressure up to 275 PSI. The transmission incorporates high energy friction materials, increased steel mass for heat dissipation, and a billet input shaft for extra strength. The torque converter uses a triple disc design with HD springs, a stamp forged one-piece cover, and a self-centering trapezoid teeth design to reduce wear and chatter. Durable materials and quality components throughout ensure long-term reliability and performance.

      Installation. The installation process requires approximately 9 hours and involves no special drilling, making it a straightforward replacement for qualified technicians.

      Warranty. This product includes a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty.
