The BD Power Allison 1000 Transmission and Converter Package with Stage 5 Billet Input Shaft and Proforce 3D Converter includes a matched transmission and torque converter engineered for enhanced durability and performance. It is designed to handle the high power and torque demands of diesel engines, making it suitable for towing, street, or track use.

      Construction and Appearance. This package features an aluminum heavy-duty deep transmission pan that increases oil capacity by 3.5 quarts. The torque converter incorporates a triple disc design and a forged one-piece cover, along with durable components such as a billet input shaft and riveted pistons for alignment and reliability. The finish is functional and optimized for heat dissipation and longevity.

      Installation. Installation typically requires approximately 9 hours and is considered a moderate-to-high difficulty task. No drilling is required. Professional installation is recommended due to the complexity of transmission work.

      Warranty. The transmission package comes with a 36-month/150,000-mile parts warranty and a 12-month/24,000-mile labor warranty, excluding race abuse.

      Application. This transmission and converter package fits 2007 to 2010 4WD 6.6L Duramax Sierra 2500 HD models and is engineered specifically to meet the requirements of these vehicles without modifications or exclusions.
