Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from cast iron with uniform 0.275-inch thick walls—75% thicker than the original design—this manifold features a protective paint finish to inhibit rust. Longer fasteners with spacers are included to alleviate stress, ensuring a robust, long-lasting component.
Installation. Installation is straightforward with all necessary gaskets and fasteners included. The process typically takes approximately 2 hours and 18 minutes.
Warranty and Application. This product comes with a 36-month or 75,000-mile warranty for parts coverage. It is designed to fit 2010-2022 Ford F-150, F-250, and F-350 Boss 6.2L gas engine models.
