This catted Y-pipe assembly features free-flowing exhaust plumbing that’s engineered to improve your truck’s exhaust gas velocity. When combined with BBK long tube headers, this catted Y-pipe enables your engine to “breathe” more freely, giving you the power and torque you need for maximum track performance.
Fierce Exhaust Tone. This catted Y-pipe assembly also gives your truck a fierce exhaust note characterized by a low rumble upon ignition that builds up to a guttural roar during acceleration. This way, this catted Y-pipe provides your truck with the attitude to match its new performance.
High Flow Cats. Besides its free-flowing design, this catted Y-pipe assembly also comes with a pair of high-flow catalytic converters, featuring specialized steel substrates. This design ensures excellent exhaust flow while helping to keep emission levels down. Furthermore, this catted Y-pipe also includes oxygen sensors integrated into its structure to help keep installation simple.
Robust Build Quality. This BBK catted Y-pipe assembly utilizes high-grade aluminized steel tubes in its construction, offering exceptional durability that’s also resistant to corrosion. These steel tubes are then CNC mandrel bent and feature a transition from 2.50 to 3 inches wide for maximum exhaust flow. Lastly, this catted Y-pipe comes in a natural finish that will take on an eye-catching patina over time.
Application. The BBK 3-Inch Y-Pipe with Catalytic Converters are designed to fit 2011-2014 5.0L Ford F-150 models with BBK Long Tube Headers installed, (part number 1947 or 19470) will not work on any other applications.
