Description
Big Power Gains for Towing. Providing a ceramic coated option in place of the alternative chrome finish, the BBK 1-3/4 Inch Ceramic Tuned Length Shorty Headers extract extra power from your 2007-2009 Chevy Silverado by freeing up exhaust flow and boosting scavenging from the cylinders. Dyno-proven horsepower gains are possible with these headers, which shine especially when used on high performance systems. The power gains are strongest in the lower RPM band, making these a useful addition to pickups used for towing, hauling, or frequent street driving. They are CAD developed and designed to ensure their maximum utility.
Hardy Headers. Built from steel with a protective ceramic coating, these BBK Headers are thoroughly pressure tested and include a leak-free dome style collector to ensure their integrity. The tubing is manufactured with free flowing mandrel bends, meaning there are no points where the exhaust gases are “pinched” or undergo turbulence. The exhaust flange is laser-cut out of a single piece of metal for superior endurance in all working conditions.
