Hey, what's up, guys? I'm Ryan from AmericanTrucks. And today, I'm here with the RedRock 4x4 Tubular Off-Road Front Bumper, fitting your 2015 to 2017 F-150, excluding the Raptors. This is for the F-150 owner looking for ground clearance and that trophy truck look for an affordable price. This is a great upgrade over the stock front bumper as it's much more appealing and way stronger. This bumper is going to add a ton of strength to the front end, and it's gonna provide additional versatility for those tough trails. This comes as a complete kit and is a very easy bolt-on requiring no cutting or drilling to install. This is gonna be one of your most affordable options on the site, and it even has a 5-star rating from customer reviews. At around $550 for an off-roading front bumper, I think that this is a great deal, especially when compared to other options that can cost up to three times as much.As far as install goes, I'm gonna give this a two out of three wrenches on the difficulty meter since you can install it in about two hours using basic hand tools. Now, with that being said, let's hop into the install. We're gonna begin this installation by removing our factory bumper. I'm gonna start on the backside so we can disconnect our fog lights and remove the nuts. So, we're gonna begin by disconnecting our fog lights. We're gonna go ahead and pull back on these black tabs. And this is gonna allow us to unplug our lights. After you unplug the lights, you're gonna wanna free it up from the bumper by pulling this harness and getting these little clips off. You're gonna do the same thing for the other side, pulling back on these black locking tabs and disconnecting our fog light. Once again, you're gonna wanna free the harness up from the bumper and remove any spots that's attached by some push pins. So, on the backside of each frame rail on the outside, you're gonna have one stud sticking through with a 21-millimeter nut. We're gonna go ahead and take that off.And then you're gonna do the same thing for the other side. So next, we're gonna need to remove this front panel. You can do that by using a trim panel removal tool. And this just sticks in with a bunch of metal clips. So, we're gonna pop that out. So, once you have that panel off, we can access the four nuts underneath. We're gonna use that same 21-millimeter socket to remove all those and then we can pull the bumper off. And right before you get that last one off, you're gonna wanna put a hand on the bumper or get someone to help you out because this bumper's gonna come off. After that, you can pull your bumper off. So, we do have to do some assembly on this bumper. The first thing I wanna point out is if you live in a state where you need a front license plate, Barricade provides you with a bracket to do so. They're gonna give you these little plastic clips and you can push these into these square holes and then they give you hardware to attach it to these holes down here. Since we don't need to do that, we're gonna move on to this center section here. Now, if you got the option with the light or you wanna upgrade to a light later on, you have that possibility. However, we don't have the option with the light, so they give you this grate to install. So, we're gonna go ahead and install that and we're gonna use these L-brackets. So, the first thing I'm gonna do is attach this L-bracket to our bumper and then we'll get our grate installed on that. So, there is a rail along this inner side. We're gonna go ahead and take a bolt with a washer and we're gonna place that up to the rail and then we'll stick our bracket in there. Our bracket is gonna sit in here flush with this edge. So, then we're gonna put a flat washer, a lock washer, and a nut on there. So, we're gonna go ahead and do the same thing for the other side and install that bracket on our bumper. Once we get that together, we're gonna just ahead and slide them in the corner. So next, we're gonna install this mesh grille. We're gonna go ahead and install it this way. And then we're gonna use another bolt with a washer, send that through these end pieces, and then into those brackets we've installed. So, once you poke it through that bracket, we're gonna go ahead and put a flat washer, a lock washer, and a nut on the backside. So, we're gonna do the same thing on the other side. So, we're gonna center the grille the best we can and then we're gonna go ahead and tighten both these bolts up on the brackets. So we're gonna use a 13-millimeter wrench on both sides. So, we're gonna do the same thing for the other side. So, we're just about done assembling our bumper. However, since we're reusing the factory hardware, you're gonna need to pull these bolt plates out of the frame. Now, this double one is gonna be up top and you're gonna have a single one that's gonna actually be in the bumper and not in the frame. They're relatively easy to get out. They're held in by these plastic washers. So, you just push those bolts out, they'll come right out.Barricade provides us with new plastic washers. So, we're gonna assemble these by placing these through the backside. That way, when we set our bumper onto the frame, they'll just poke through and we can reinstall the nuts. So, we're gonna start with our double one, place that up through the backside of our bumper. And then we're just gonna place these plastic washers, push them all the way down. That's gonna hold our hardware in there. We're gonna do our little single one. This is gonna go in this corner spot here. Same thing, put that through the hole, press that little plastic washer. Now, this bumper features a nice honeycomb mesh insert. And, of course, you are getting rid of your factory fog lights, but if in the future you wanna upgrade to a light bar, you can actually remove that grille and fit up to a 30-inch light bar in there. Now with that being said, let's get this installed. So, since we'll be reusing our stock hardware, you're gonna wanna get all of that ready. Then I'm gonna grab a friend to help me put this bumper up while we install that hardware. So, now we're gonna install the nuts. You're gonna have three per side. So, we'll get that last nut on and then do the same thing for the other side. So, once you have all of your hardware in, you're gonna go around and tighten everything up with a 21-millimeter socket. Now, the holes are slotted so you can slide your bumper up and down, adjust it as you need it. So, if your truck had fog lights, you're gonna wanna zip tie that harness up and out of the way. However, that wraps up my review and install.
