        • I apologize, we do not offer the mounting brackets separate from the kit.

        Sorry if I missed this but will this bumper increase departure angle, the front bumper looks like it will give you some increased approach angle.

        • This rear bumper only weighs about 86 pounds, so it will likely not affect your departure angle much.

        Will this Bumper fit a 2009 silverado 3500 HD non dually?

        • Unfortunately this bumper will not for the 3500 models.

        How and where do you reconnect your trailering harness to this Bumper? or do you lose the capability of your harness.

        • The Barricade Extreme HD Rear Bumper does not have provisions to mount the OEM trailer plug like the OEM bumper. Your OEM setup can be secured but would require a custom made bracket, or creative mounting.

        is there a way one this bumper to put your trailer connection harness back onto the bumper i dont see a hole for it or am i missing something ?

        • The Barricade Extreme HD Rear Bumper will not have a mounting location for the trailer light harness. Modification would be required to mount the connector.

        Hello , I dont see holes for licenses plate lighting. Sometimes cops can pull you over for that simple thing. From the pictures I know or hopefully one is for lowering the spare tire....but over all your product looks amazing. 1 answer

            Rock solid buy for the price!

            Bumper looks amazing on the truck, super easy to install with a lot of functionality. Only downside is I wish the stock spare tire access lock would fit.

            Good bumper but needed mods.

            I like the bumper and it fit my ‘17 Silverado well for the most part. I was a little annoyed with the relocation of the trailer connector and the loss of ability to lock the spare tire with the supplied equipment so I cut out and widened out holes to use OEM equipment in the OEM locations. This eliminated the need to extend the wiring harness on the trailer connector and I can now still use the factory supplied ignition key lock for the spare tire. Lots of time drilling and grinding to get the OEM parts to fit like that. Now the only thing I don’t like is the license plate light. It looks a little outdated on a late model truck with a brand new bumper upgrade, and it is not very bright. Maybe when I have time I will come up with a way to make brackets and install the dual factory license plate lights somehow. Took all evening to install including cutting and grinding holes as mentioned above. Otherwise install would have been a couple of hours tops. Taking off factory bumper was way more time consuming than mounting the new one.

            Excellent Bang for the Buck!

            I've been around cars and trucks my whole life and worked at an outfitter during college where I installed many a bumper. These Barricade bumpers really took me by surprise. I wanted off-road bumpers without breaking the bank as my truck only gets driven about 100 miles per month. They were easy to install and the fit and finish really are better than I expected. I was concerned with relocating my parking sensors into this bumper but they fit with zero issues. I would highly recommend these to anyone looking for off-road bumpers without having to take out a second mortgage.

            2014 Silverado(Not really)

            Contour of the bumper is way off the body lines of the bed. Plate light looks like the went to Wal-Mart and bought the cheapest one they could find plus my truck is set up for 2 plate lights not one. Plate light is chrome and doesn't match at all. Sensor holes are no where near right. Hole cut out for the spare tire drop isn't even close to right. And came with some paint issues.

            Good Bumper for the money

            The bumper was extremely easy to install however after the install I found a few spots where raw metal was showing though the stock coating which in Michigan winter has already covered it with a little bit of surface rust. I had to clean it up and cover the bumper with some bed liner, which was the plan anyway. Just take it as a warning if you only plan on buying and installing without coating it yourself it might rust much sooner than you think. As for the install it went easy but the running of electrical took me the most time.

            Awesome rear bumper

            I bought this bumper a few weeks ago and planned on installing it myself. I ended up taking it to a shop. I would recommend paying for the professional install when buying the bumper since I feel like I over payed.
