It enhances exhaust gas exit by lowering temperature and redirecting hot gases away from trailers, preventing potential damage during regeneration cycles.

Construction and Appearance. Manufactured from 409 stainless steel with a constant 5-inch diameter mandrel-bent tubing, this exhaust system features a massive patented 6.5 x 7.5-inch ob-round slash-cut tip that is chrome-plated to resist heat discoloration. The durable materials and high-quality finish provide both longevity and a visually striking appearance.

Installation. Installation is straightforward, generally taking about 1.5 hours, and does not require drilling. Designed for a direct bolt-on fit to compatible models, installation can be completed with moderate mechanical skills and basic tools.

Application. Specifically designed to fit 2020 to 2022 GM 6.6L Duramax L5P Sierra 2500 HD models with Double Cab (short and long bed) and Crew Cab (short and long bed) configurations. It is not compatible with Single Cab Long Bed or Dually DRW versions and will not fit mid-2023 or 2024 model years due to updated vehicle ECM and emission sensor configurations that cause check engine lights when installed.
