This kit takes the factory-style Raptor grille and gives it a woven mesh form factor. More significantly, this replacement upper grille assembly is equipped with a 20-inch OnX6+ LED light bar positioned where the oval Ford emblem used to be. This light bar provides you with superior illumination for all your off-road nighttime adventures.
Brawny Build Quality. This Raptor style upper replacement Grille;s frame is laser-cut and machine-formed from premium 304 stainless steel, making the assembly extremely brawny and highly resistant to corrosion. The grille panels for their part are similarly machine-formed from stainless steel mesh and are TIG-welded onto the frame for strength. Finally, the mesh panels receive a gloss black powder coat finish while the frame is treated to a satin black powder coating, giving the assembly a classy contrasting style.
OnX6+ LED Light Bar. This upper replacement Grille;s included 20-inch OnX6+ LED light bar is capable of producing 24,900 lumens of light with a 5,000K color temperature in a combo beam pattern. This translates to intense cool white light with a wide beam spread, ensuring exceptional nighttime visibility. Furthermore, the light bar is equipped with a shatter-resistant polycarbonate lens and a cast aluminum housing, making it rugged enough for the trails.
Easy Install Procedure. This upper replacement grille is designed to install into your Raptor using its factory grille location. No extra drilling or other modifications to your truck are necessary. You will however need to perform some wiring work to properly power up the built-in LED light bar.
