      Description

      High-Performance Braking. The Baer Extreme+ Rear Big Brake Kit with 15-Inch Rotors; Comp Yellow Calipers greatly enhances stopping power for serious truck enthusiasts. Designed for rear axle use, this kit improves brake performance during demanding driving conditions such as towing or spirited driving. Its design directly upgrades the OE rear disc brakes to provide improved heat dissipation and consistent pedal feel.

      Construction and Appearance. This brake kit features a 1-piece monoblock caliper crafted from US sourced 2618 aluminum forging, providing excellent strength and heat resistance. The calipers are fully CNC machined and finished with a rugged powder coat for corrosion protection and a clean look. The rotors are a 2-piece design with slotted, drilled surfaces and zinc plating to resist rust, combined with billet aluminum hats for durability and weight savings.

      Installation. Installation requires standard mechanical skills with no drilling needed, as the kit fits existing OE rear disc brake setups. Hardware and brackets are included for a complete bolt-on upgrade that reuses OE hoses and manual park brake components.

      Warranty. The kit is backed by a manufacturer's warranty that ensures long-term reliability and performance.

      Application. Specifically designed to fit Silverado 1500 trucks from 1999 to 2026 equipped with rear disc brakes. This kit does not fit drum brake or electric park brake rear ends.
