Baer designed this front brake kit to accommodate and improve braking for Silverados that have added bigger wheels and tires. In addition, the caliper covers of this braking kit are an attractive, yet durable powder-coated red to add some style to your ride. This kit is recommended for track racing, hauling and towing purposes.

Maximum Performance. This kit was designed with performance in mind. It features lightweight 14 in. rotors, aluminum calipers, and ceramic brake pads. The slotted design of the rotors helps with venting of heat and brake dust. They boast a two-piece aluminum design to reduce rotational mass, which helps with brake response. To add to braking performance, the caliper housings feature 2 pistons each and are pre-loaded with ceramic brake pads. These pads offer lower dust levels and a longer life. These parts are zinc-plated to help fight corrosion.

Advanced Install. If you want to tackle this install on your own, you should have prior automotive knowledge. To ensure proper install, it is recommended you visit your local automotive technician. Expect this install to take roughly two hours. This kit is a direct replacement to your stock front brakes.
