The ATS Diesel Performance Aurora 4000 VFR Turbocharger is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and improved efficiency for 2004 to 2010 6.6L Duramax-powered Sierra 2500 HD trucks. Featuring a 63mm compressor wheel and advanced variable geometry design, this turbo provides faster spool-up, increased airflow, and superior boost control across the RPM range. Whether towing heavy loads or running at high RPMs, the Aurora 4000 VFR offers smooth, consistent power delivery with lower exhaust gas temperatures and improved throttle response.

      Construction and Appearance. The Aurora 4000 VFR Turbocharger incorporates a precision-machined 63mm compressor wheel for optimized air compression and power output. The high-flow turbine housing is ceramic coated to resist heat and corrosion while maintaining consistent thermal efficiency.
