    Description

    Ultimate Allison Conversion Solution. The ATS Diesel Performance Full Allison Transmission Conversion Kit is a Stage 3 upgrade that replaces the problematic factory 68RFE with the proven durability of an Allison LCT1000 6-speed. Specifically engineered for 6.7L Cummins-powered RAM 2500s, this kit ensures high-torque handling, increased longevity, and improved transmission performance for towing, hauling, or performance builds.

    Construction and Appearance. This complete conversion system includes an ATS-built Allison LCT1000 with a deep pan, billet input and intermediate shafts, and an exclusive patent-pending bellhousing for seamless fitment to the Cummins block. The included TRANSLator CAN-bridge module enables full communication between the Allison TCM and the RAM ECM, allowing all OEM features—like tow/haul mode, push-button start, and electronic range select—to remain fully functional. It's built to endure the extreme demands of modified diesel engines and heavy-duty use.

    Installation. Installation is rated as hard and is best handled by experienced professionals. While the kit is nearly plug-and-play, it requires full removal of the factory 68RFE, along with mechanical and electronic integration using the provided hardware and software.
