Description
TRANSMISSION COOLER PROTECTION. The ATS Diesel Performance Thermal Bypass Valve Upgrade with Billet Filter Coupler replaces the factory transmission cooler bypass valve, which is prone to leaking or sticking open. This upgrade forces all transmission fluid through the cooler, helping to reduce transmission temperatures and extend transmission life by preventing overheating. It is designed for trucks equipped with 68-RFE or Aisin AS69RC transmissions to help avoid premature transmission damage.
