This roof rack assembly features a basket configuration consisting of a sturdy base rail and a top rail that sits atop the base. This classic design works to keep your cargo incredibly secure even when taking your truck on the trails. This rack even includes specialized drainage channels that greatly minimize the buildup of dirt and moisture, thus reducing the need for maintenance.

    Rugged Build Quality. This roof rack assembly’s top and bottom rails are manufactured from 25mm and 35 mm diameter tubular steel respectively. This design offers outstanding durability while also maximizing weight. Furthermore, these steel tubes are CNC-cut and mandrel bent before getting fully MIG welded for an exact fit and finish when installed. Rounding out its construction is a handsome gray powder coat finish, providing superior corrosion protection and rugged good looks.

    User-Friendly Install Procedure. This flat roof rack is designed to install onto your roof using an appropriate rack mounting system. Some drilling or trimming of your truck’s factory trim seals may be necessary depending on the mounting system you’re using. Other than these potential steps, installation is a relatively user-friendly process that’s completed using just standard hand tools.
