Description
Get Improved Acceleration. Get rid of pedal lag in your old Chevrolet Silverado 1500’s stock accelerator by installing this Amp’d Throttle Booster. It is designed to adjust the vehicle’s throttle sensitivity to reduce pedal lag while accelerating. The booster takes the stock signal of your old accelerator and changes its mapping so you can enjoy quicker turbocharger spooling.
Unlocks More Functionality. This throttle booster can be fitted with an optional switch so you can unlock more functionality and fun. It doesn’t matter whether you are driving an old truck, as this is designed to cover several late model applications without requiring PCM swap. You can also use this booster with any Edge or Superchips programmers, calibration tools, or monitors.
Premium Boost Function. This aftermarket component includes settings that are adjustable to boost throttle position signals by either 50% or 100%. When you add in the optional switch, you can get 4 more power levels that guarantee you get the throttle response you need whenever and wherever you need it.
Easy and Quick Setup. Installing this booster is simple and hassle-free. It features an intuitive plug-and-play installation, which uses the vehicle’s factory connections. It’s an easy installation that anyone can do at home by following the included manual.
With 1-Year Limited Warranty. This throttle booster comes with a 1-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship only. Coverage starts from the date of sale and is limited solely to the parts contained within the product’s kit. All warranty claims are subject to approval.
Not CARB Certified. This Amp’d Throttle Booster is not CARB certified, and therefore not legal for sale or for street use in California or any other state adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles.
