American-Made Quality. These American Racing Headers 1-3/4 in. Long Tube Headers w/ Catted Y-Pipe are exactly what you want if you're looking to increase you F-150's performance with American-made quality. They feature a 100% leak-proof, long tube design that will unleash your truck's horsepower and torque for optimum off-road performance.
Exhaust Sound. This long tube system delivers a powerful exhaust to match the aggressive look of your Ford tough truck.
Catalytic Converters. High-flow 200 cell metallic substrate cats are included.
It All Comes Together. This entire header system is constructed using 304 stainless steel for long-lasting durability. Optimized 1-3/4" primary tube routing, merge collectors that feature welded scavenger spikes, 3/8' laser cut flanges with hand-ported, TIG welded inlets, and a mandrel bent Y-pipe all work together to provide a warp-free seal and superior performance.
Installation. A high level of mechanical experience is required for proper installation, which typically takes around 6 hours to complete.
