Description
Improve Steering. Have you been having problems with your Ford F-150 steering? The Alcon Front Tie Rod End Adapter Kit is what you need. These tie rods will reduce bumpsteer and assist in stabilizing the steering, allowing you to make more accurate steering corrections. The tie rods use uniquely designed heim joints that resist bind and offer a greater range of motion and structural strength.
Heat Treated Construction. The tie rods are forged and heat treated, helping them obtain a desirable grain structure for unrivaled durability and strength. Thanks to its design, the rods consistently offer the right amount of preload, giving a proper steering effort for your Ford F-150 Raptor.
Additional Features. When you use the Alcon Front Tie Rod Adapter Kit, your outer tie rods ends will be converted to 3/4-inch heim joints. This lowers slack induced by factory ball joints. The aluminum links take more abuse and absorb shock than factory steel rods. Tie rods also have a hard anodized finish that withstands abrasive sand and corrosion.
Installation. Everything you need for smooth installation is in the kit including assembled rods, spindle post, washers and lock nuts. With moderate technical skills, the kit should be ready in 2 hours.
