This kit features a high airflow replacement filter and a low restriction intake tube to help improve your engine’s airflow. Improving your engine’s airflow efficiency will result in better torque, horsepower, and throttle response, all of which add up to a more pleasant driving experience.
No Tune Required. This intake tube kit will not require an ECU re-tune. To complete the installation, you only have to mount this directly onto your vehicle.
SynthaFlow Oiled Filter. This intake tube kit comes with a SynthaFlow oiled filter. This type of filter is best to use when you’re driving in dry and dusty conditions. It's oiled cotton gauze media effectively filters dirt from the air that might go through your engine. If the air filter is already clogged or dirty, you can simply wash it and use it again.
Tough Construction. This Airaid Jr. Intake Tube Kit with SynthaFlow Oiled Filter features an intake tube made of high-density polyethylene plastic. Compared to metal intake tubes, polyethylene ones are actually more resilient in hot temperatures, since they don’t retain heat the way metals do.
