Construction and Appearance. Constructed using high-strength materials such as co-extruded ABS polymers, elastomeric polyurethanes, and structural polyurethanes, this kit is built for durability. Each part is factory painted with a UV stable satin black 2K German paint finish to resist fading and cracking while providing a refined matte texture. The robust hardware includes stainless steel and powder-coated components to prevent rust and ensure longevity.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical proficiency and basic electrical skills, typically completed within 4 to 5 hours. While most components use a patented no-drill fixation system, some drilling on plastic parts and sheet metal cutting for the fender vents is necessary.
