Construction and Appearance. Crafted from high-strength polypropylene, co-extruded ABS polymers, and elastomeric polyurethanes, the components use advanced manufacturing including overmolding technology to ensure durability and precision fit. Finished in factory-applied UV-stable satin black paint, the kit resists fading and cracking for long-lasting aesthetics, providing an aggressive yet refined off-road presence.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skills and basic electrical work for the LED daytime running lights. The kit employs a patented no-drill Air Design Super Bolt® fixation system, ensuring rust-free and secure attachment; minor plastic trimming may be necessary to fit the fender vents properly.
Warranty. This off-road body kit includes a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, offering assurance of product quality and durability.
