Description
Cold Air Intake System. The AFE Momentum GT Cold Air Intake with Pro 5R Oiled Filter in Black is engineered to enhance engine performance by increasing airflow and horsepower. It replaces the factory air intake to deliver cooler air, improving combustion efficiency and maximizing power output.
Construction and Appearance. This intake features a CAD-designed roto-molded intake tube and a one-piece sealed housing made from heat-resistant black cross-linked polyethylene. The system includes a large Pro 5R oiled air filter constructed with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze mesh and a durable polyurethane frame, ensuring long life and reusable performance. Additionally, a built-in sight window allows easy filter inspection without disassembly.
Installation. Installing the Momentum GT intake is straightforward and requires no drilling. The system includes premium hardware and a patent-pending filter-to-housing interface for a secure and user-friendly installation.
Application. Designed specifically for the 2009 to 2015 6.0L Sierra 2500 HD, this intake optimally fits these models for ideal performance gains.
