Description
High-Performance Exhaust System. The AFE Large Bore-HD 5-Inch DPF-Back Single Exhaust System with Black Tip; Side Exit is designed as a direct replacement for the factory DPF-back exhaust. It increases airflow and reduces backpressure, resulting in improved horsepower and torque while lowering exhaust gas temperatures.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable 5-inch mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel tubing, this exhaust system offers maximum flow and durability. The exhaust tip is a large 7-inch wrinkle-black powder-coated 304 stainless steel piece, featuring a laser-cut stainless steel logo plate to enhance the aggressive styling.
Installation. Installation uses all factory mounting locations and OE-style bayonet hangers to ensure a secure and stable fit. No drilling or modifications are necessary for a straightforward, hassle-free setup.
Application. Specifically designed to fit GM diesel trucks equipped with the 6.6L LMM Duramax engine from model years 2007.5 through 2010, providing a reliable upgrade without compromising vehicle integrity.
