This boost in airflow ensures more complete fuel combustion, improving power and torque as a result.
Comes With the High-Efficiency Pro 5R Oiled Filter. The AFE Cold Air Intake features the Pro 5R Oiled Air Filter. This oiled air filter provides efficient filtration without having to sacrifice airflow thanks to its 5 layers of increasingly finer cotton mesh gauze. Also, maintaining this filter is quite easy. Just use an appropriate filter cleaner and filter oil and you’ll get it looking and working like new.
Robust Build Quality. This cold air intake is manufactured from high-grade aluminum for excellent strength without the added weight. Additionally, its 3.50-Inch inlet tube is fully mandrel-bent for added rigidity and a turbulence-free inner structure. Likewise, the heavy-gauge heat shield effectively protects the air filter from engine bay heat, extending its service life. Lastly, the assembly is finished in a stylish wrinkle-black powder coating for that bold look.
