      Description

      Performance Enhancement. The AFE Magnum FORCE Stage-2 Cold Air Intake with Pro DRY S Filter; Black is engineered to significantly improve engine airflow, resulting in increased horsepower and torque. It replaces the factory intake system with a high-flow dyno-tuned intake tube and a large, efficient air filter, delivering noticeable power gains along with an aggressive induction sound during operation.

      Construction and Appearance. This intake system features a durable, heat-resistant intake tube made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) polymer that resists heat soak and retains strength under demanding conditions. The large 9” tall radial flow air filter uses oil-free synthetic media with three layers for superior filtration efficiency and extended service intervals. It is housed within an open-element polymer design that allows visibility of the filter and enhances intake sound.

      Installation. Installation is straightforward and user-friendly, requiring no cutting or modifications, as it utilizes factory mounting points. The kit includes all necessary hardware, clamps, and couplers for a hassle-free direct-fit installation.

      Application. Designed to fit 09-13 4.8L Silverado 1500 trucks, excluding those equipped with mechanical fans.
