Description

Enhanced Tire Clearance. The AEV 35-Inch Tire Clearance Kit is engineered to provide critical clearance for larger 35-inch tires on the Silverado 1500 ZR2 Bison. It eliminates common issues such as tire rubbing and compromised suspension articulation, allowing for confident off-road performance and improved ground clearance. This kit ensures your larger tires can rotate, steer, and flex freely over challenging terrain.

Construction and Appearance. Crafted with OEM-quality materials, the kit features A36 steel brackets with a durable Zinc and E-Coat finish to resist corrosion and wear. Closeout panels are made from ABS plastic precisely matched to factory textures and colors for seamless integration. Rear lift blocks are cast iron, and all hardware meets OEM standards, creating a professional and robust appearance consistent with the vehicle’s original design.

Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and is estimated to take approximately 12 hours. Some trimming and precise fitting using the included templates are required, but no heavy modifications to the vehicle structure are necessary.
