Description
Clean and Simple Power Boost. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake frees the Silverado from its restrictive factory cold air intake. This provides more air for the engine, resulting in a more efficient combustion that results in horsepower and torque gains. Additionally, it accommodates the factory emission control features for a more environmentally friendly vehicle that's street legal in all states.
No Tune Required. The Brute Force Cold Air Intake is tuned to its specific application, allowing it to work using the factory tune. Additionally, custom tunes can also be installed for possible performance improvements.
High-Performance AEM DryFlow Filter. The Brute Force Cold Air Intake incorporates AEM's excellent DryFlow filter for its highly efficient filtering capability. The large filter is able to clean a larger volume of air than its factory counterpart while also being quite low-maintenance.
Tough and Durable Construction. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake utilizes high-grade aluminum in the construction of the pipes and heat shield. This gives the kit outstanding durability and resistance to continuous temperature changes. Furthermore, the polished finish gives it a clean, appealing look.
AEM Lifetime Limited Warranty. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is warranted for the life of your vehicle. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser. Damage due to improper use, installation, or maintenance is not covered. Other exclusions will apply.
CARB Certified. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake is CARB certified and can be installed in emissions controlled vehicles. This kit is 50-state street legal with CARB EO number: D-670-15.
Application. The AEM Brute Force Cold Air Intake with polished finish is designed to fit 2007 to 2008 5.3L Chevrolet Silverado 1500 models.
