Description
High Performance Ignition Coil. The Accel Super EDIS Coil Packs deliver superior ignition performance designed specifically for Ford 4-tower EDIS setups. They provide increased energy output and voltage for improved spark quality, essential for optimized engine combustion and reliability.
Durable Construction And Materials. These coils feature advanced bobbin technology and a specialized silicone magnetic steel core, combined with optimized winding and turns ratio to maximize efficiency. The high temperature epoxy finish resists shock and vibration while enhancing thermal conductivity for long-lasting operation.
Easy Installation. This ignition coil is a direct OEM replacement that plugs directly into the factory ignition system, requiring no modifications or drilling. It must be used with the factory firing order for correct operation.
Warranty. Comes with a manufacturer’s limited 90-day warranty.
Application. Specifically fits 1997-1999 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 4.6L engine. Note that this coil is not suitable for some late 1999 applications due to design differences.
