It features a large intake with the high-performance premium filter. Additionally, the Cold Air Dam is precision-machined for a perfect fit that seals the intake away from the heat of the engine bay.
No Tune Required. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is precision-designed to be application-specific allowing for superior performance without requiring a re-tune. However, a re-tune is still recommended to ensure that your Silverado SS is able to perform at optimum levels with any aftermarket components.
High-Performance Reusable Filter. The SynthaFlow Oiled filter is designed to provide maximum airflow for superior performance. The oiled filter only requires cleaning every 30,000-50,000 miles.
Precision-Molded Construction. Airaid uses the latest technology to craft this high-quality air intake from tough and durable high-density polyethylene. Unlike metal, the polyethylene construction can be precisely shaped to be less restrictive while also fitting into the limited space of the stock intake.
No Hassle Lifetime Warranty. The Airaid Cold Air Dam Intake is warranted to be free of defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. Other exclusions may apply.
