Construction and Appearance. Made from 6061 and 6063 billet aluminum, the grille insert is precision TIG welded and assembled using custom jigs and laser-cut materials. The black powdercoat finish is applied through a multi-stage process including sandblasting, epoxy primer base coating, and a durable top coat that ensures a long-lasting OEM-quality finish resistant to corrosion and wear.

Installation. Installation requires cutting the factory grille and/or drilling, which requires moderate mechanical skills. A complete hardware kit and full-color instructions are included to assist with the installation process.

Warranty. This product features a lifetime structural warranty and a three-year warranty on the finish.

Application. Designed to fit 2015-2020 Yukon and Yukon XL models, this grille insert is not compatible with Denali versions due to design differences.
