Description

Designed for 3/4 ton trucks, these headers enhance power output and offer a distinctive sound, connecting directly to the factory head pipes and catalytic converters to simplify installation.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature CNC mandrel bent tubes for optimal exhaust flow and are fully TIG welded and back purged for lasting strength and corrosion resistance. The headers showcase a polished metallic finish, offering a clean and durable appearance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill with no drilling required. The design allows a direct replacement connection to the factory head pipes and catalytic converters, simplifying the installation process.
Warranty. These headers include a lifetime warranty for long-term confidence and reliability.
Application. Specifically designed to fit 01-03 8.1L Silverado 2500 HD models. Note that this product does not fit lifted vehicles due to clearance issues with the driver side header and driveshaft angle changes.
