Description
Hydraulic Performance Suspension. The SkyJacker Hydro 7000 Rear Shock Absorber delivers smooth and reliable damping for lifted rear suspensions. It efficiently absorbs bumps and road irregularities to enhance ride quality and control on demanding terrain. This shock is critical for maintaining stability and comfort in lifted 4WD Ram 2500 trucks.
Durable Construction Features. It incorporates a bonded iron piston for superior strength and a chromed piston rod for corrosion resistance. The hydraulic velocity-sensitive design includes an advanced orifice disk for optimized fluid flow and responsiveness. Its sealed design reduces maintenance while extending functional lifespan.
Installation Guidelines. Installation is straightforward and requires no drilling. It is designed as a direct replacement for lifted rear suspensions and is intended for professional installation or users with intermediate mechanical skills.
Application. This shock absorber is designed specifically for 03-12 4WD Ram 2500 models with rear lifts in the 6 to 7-inch range. It is not compatible with GM Auto Ride equipped models for this application.
