Manufactured from high tensile chrome silicon wire, these coil springs undergo a specialized shot peening process that compresses the steel surface to increase tensile strength. They are preset to their solid height to prevent sagging and fatigue. Featuring closed, ground-flat ends for optimal force distribution, each spring is finished with a durable, powder-coated black surface that resists corrosion and ensures long-lasting performance.
